Returns / Refunds

At Noll’s For Men, we stand by our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you should ever buy something from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return the product(s) for a full 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of the initial purchase.

 

If used, the product(s) must be at least ¾ full in order to be entitled to a return. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this 14-day period.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send to: 6, Lane 672, Hua-Ping Road, Anping, Tainan, Taiwan, 708.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Shipping Costs

Our standard Taiwan shipping charge is NT$70. Taiwan standard orders over NT$600 (after any discounts and / or promotional codes have been added) are delivered free. Unfortunately shipping costs do not count against the NT$600 total.

We use professional Logistics for shipping throughout Taiwan. Once we have processed your payment, your product(s) will be shipped immediately. You can expect to receive your product(s) within 2 days.

 

For outer lying islands around Taiwan, please contact us for shipping costs. Depending on where you live, we may have to personally ship your product(s) to you, which unfortunately may incur an extra cost.

Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping just yet (that will be a new feature for Summer 2019). Please write to us at sales@nolls.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

Working days for us are Monday to Friday (not including national holidays).

Missing Orders

Please contact us at sales@nolls.co.uk straight away if your order does not arrive when it should. You should quote your order number and we will find out what happened to it and get it to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.

Missing Items

Please contact us at sales@nolls.co.uk immediately if your order is missing any products. We’ll find out what happened to your order within three working days and we’ll get them to you as soon as possible or give you the option of a full refund of the missing items.
